How much does it cost to pressure wash my trash cans?
The price varies based on the frequency of the program you select. The more frequently you have them done, the easier it is for us, resulting in more savings for you!
How often do most people have them cleaned?
Most people opt for monthly or bi-monthly cleanings to keep their trash bins free from odors, bacteria, and pests. However, frequency depends on your household’s needs and local climate conditions.
What types of things don’t clean up well?
While our high-pressure, eco-friendly cleaning process removes most grime, stubborn adhesives, paints, or hardened materials may not fully come off. We recommend avoiding placing these items in your bins.
How do you clean trash bins?
We use high-pressure, hot water and eco-friendly disinfectants to deep clean and sanitize your bins. This process removes odors, bacteria, and grime, leaving your bins fresh and hygienic.
When do you come to clean them?
We clean bins on your scheduled service day, usually the same day as your trash pickup. You’ll receive a reminder before your scheduled cleaning.
Do I need to pay upfront?
Yes, we require payment upfront for all scheduled cleanings. We offer flexible payment plans, including one-time, monthly, and seasonal options.
Do you have any rewards, incentives, discounts, etc.?
Yes! We offer discounts for recurring services, referrals, and seasonal promotions. Check our website or contact us for current deals.
We have a strict HOA - how should we do this?
We can coordinate cleaning times to comply with HOA guidelines. If needed, we can provide documentation about our eco-friendly and sanitary cleaning methods.
What if I am out of town or away?
No worries! As long as your bins are accessible, we can still complete the cleaning. If needed, you can reschedule in advance.
What if I forget to leave my bins out?
If your bins are not available for cleaning, we will notify you and attempt a reschedule. A small missed-service fee may apply.
What happens if there is trash in our bins when you arrive?
For best results, bins should be empty before cleaning. If there’s a small amount of trash, we may still proceed, but excessive waste may require rescheduling.
What if there is inclement weather?
We monitor weather conditions and will notify you if we need to reschedule due to severe weather. Light rain typically does not affect our service.
What if my scheduled cleaning lands on a holiday?
If your cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will reschedule it to the next available service day and notify you in advance.
